We take care of Local
Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN) used for file and print
services, as well as Dedicated Web & Email Servers and Virtual Private
Networks (VPN). We will setup your user accounts, network shares and secure
your systems. When we are done we will provide you with backup
procedures and show you how to keep your systems secure and
up-to-date. We also maintain firewalls and replace hardware components as needed. If
you like, we can even support your operations remotely.

How We Work
Cybertronic.net is in the business to
provide you with network support services. We will connect your systems up
and provide operational help and advice. We really do not make any money
to speak of on the computer systems or the software we sell. These costs are passed directly
on to the
customer with assembly and delivery charges that may apply. You get the hardware
warranties
from the manufacturer and/or supplier, which typically last one year. We warrant our workmanship for
30
days.
If you like, we will remotely administer your servers and workstations through one of two
software products that give us remote access. This enables us
perform all the required maintenance and coach you through problems remotely to
help reduce your IT costs and speed turn around. Customers that use this
service are given top priority.
Leasing arrangements
are available for hardware and software stored at our remote facilities.
They can be setup online or on an individual basis.
Ask you account representative for details. Leasing prices vary according
to system configuration.
With selected optional
equipment, we can even power your systems off and then power them back up remotely. If you need to load new
software on remote units, we can send the files up and install them. One
of the server farms we use will also mount a CD, tape or DVD on your unit
at no charge. So for all intents and purpose it
is not absolutely necessary to
be physically or geographically close to the server.
Please Note: There is a $75 diagnosis
charge that will be applied towards the repair of dysfunctional systems that are
dropped at our office. Hourly rates for
onsite service run 18% higher than work done at our office.
Payment is required prior to delivery of new equipment.
A deposit is required before we will begin any onsite hourly work.
Software and S&H charges are non-refundable. Software can only be exchanged for identical product.
Shipping charges apply on equipment returns.
