Since creating this computer operations division of Cybertron in 1997, we have done everything possible to maintain the highest level of service excellence possible in the delivery of PC and network support services.  It would be difficult to find a better resource to protect your computer investment today.  David Doyle James, our CTO, worked with IBM in 1982 to introduce the Personal Computer to the world.  Over the years he has been able to create the best practice to secure PCs and networks.  We even employ automated monitoring services to keep tabs on your web services 24 hours a day, so you don't have to worry about your virtual store or your network operation.  If we discover that you have a problem, the service we employ notifies us immediately, and we can take action automatically.  This focus on quality, reliability and service has allowed us and the companies we support to grow and flourish in an environment where others have failed.

Rates: $77 per hour for remote help and for work done at our offices.  Payment due upon receipt.  Credit card payment required to talk to one of our service technicians. On-site work runs at $99 per hour.  A deposit is required before our trucks roll.  Payment for all equipment or software is expected in advance. Payment for software is non-refundable.
